Hello, everyone! I’m Duy Magi – a Multiverse Astrology Practitioner.

And you’ve probably heard the term Multiverse Astrology many times on my website or YouTube channel.

But what exactly is Multiverse Astrology? Where does it excel over traditional 12 Zodiac Astrology? And should you choose 12 Zodiac Astrology or Multiverse Astrology?

So today, I’m going to review and compare in detail the differences between Multiverse Astrology and 12 Zodiac Astrology to help you find the most accurate answers.

If you don’t want to read such a long article, please watch the video version below:

The System Core

12 Zodiac Astrology focuses on exploring the characteristics of each planet or specific calculated points when they are in the zodiac signs or houses.

For example, 12 Zodiac Astrology would be interested in how someone born with the Sun in Aries differs in personality from someone born with the Sun in Aquarius.

Or 12 Zodiac Astrology might consider how Jupiter in the 3rd house differs from Saturn in the 3rd house for someone.

In other words, 12 Zodiac Astrology doesn’t pay much attention to the influence of two planets when they directly interact with each other.

On the contrary, Multiverse Astrology focuses on studying the influence of two or more planets when they directly interact with each other.

And Multiverse Astrology doesn’t care much about the nature of a planet when it stands alone.

For example, Multiverse Astrology would be interested in the meaning of a square aspect (90 degrees) formed by Jupiter and Venus, for instance.

Or more broadly, Multiverse Astrology would be interested in the meaning of combinations formed by 3, 4, or even 5, 6 planets combined together.

Although 12 Zodiac Astrology also considers the meaning of aspects and planetary combinations, they are always of lesser importance, ranked last.

So, in summary, 12 Zodiac Astrology focuses on studying the characteristics of a planet when it stands alone.

Conversely, Multiverse Astrology studies the characteristics of combined influences when planets directly interact with each other.

Birth Time Requirement

12 Zodiac Astrology requires relatively accurate birth times to operate.

And the reason is that this system needs birth times to determine a person’s Rising sign and thus establish the system of 12 Houses.

However, Multiverse Astrology can operate accurately even without a birth time.

And the reason is that Multiverse Astrology only focuses on analyzing the significance of planetary combinations.

The solar system has many planets and asteroids that move relatively slowly.

Therefore, their positions in a day do not change much.

On the other hand, there are also celestial bodies that move very fast, like the Moon.

And their positions change significantly during the day.

But the number of fast-moving celestial bodies is very small compared to slow-moving ones.

Therefore, people born on the same day have many similarities in personality and a few differences.

For example, both the snooker player Paul Hunter and the singer Usher were born on October 14th, 1978, and both were involved in relationship cheating scandals

Therefore, 12 Zodiac Astrology requires an accurate birth time to operate.

Conversely, Multiverse Astrology can operate accurately even when the birth time does not exist.

The number of Dimensions

12 Zodiac Astrology usually only uses 1 dimension.

And that is the Geocentric Longitude Zodiac 12, created by taking the Earth as the center and dividing the circle into 12 equal parts.

Although some astrologers have also tried to use other dimensions, the Geocentric Longitude Zodiac 12 is still the most important dimension in their analysis and evaluation.

On the other hand, Multiverse Astrology, besides the above dimension, also uses 5 other dimensions.

And Multiverse Astrology considers these 6 dimensions equally important.

Specifically, Multiverse Astrology uses the Geocentric Longitude Zodiac 7, created by taking the Earth as the center and dividing the circle into 7 equal parts.

Not stopping there, Multiverse Astrology also always uses the Heliocentric Longitude dimension.

Therefore, there will be an additional 2 birth charts in the Heliocentric Longitude Zodiac 12 and Heliocentric Longitude Zodiac 7 dimensions.

And finally, Multiverse Astrology also uses 2 Geocentric Declination and Heliocentric Latitude dimensions to examine the influence of planets on each other as they move vertically.

So, in summary, 12 Zodiac Astrology only uses 1 dimension corresponding to 1 birth chart, while Multiverse Astrology uses up to 6 dimensions corresponding to 6 birth charts.

Aspect Orb

12 Zodiac Astrology uses very large aspect orbs.

Conversely, Multiverse Astrology uses very tight aspect orbs.

For example, in the Geocentric Longitude Zodiac 12 dimension, if 12 Zodiac Astrology usually uses an aspect orb from 6 to 8 degrees, then Multiverse Astrology only uses an aspect orb of 3 degrees.

Therefore, Multiverse Astrology uses a much tighter aspect orb than 12 Zodiac Astrology.

The number of Planets

12 Zodiac Astrology usually only uses about 10 planets during the process of interpreting a birth chart.

And that’s why the birth chart looks quite simple.

But on the contrary, Multiverse Astrology uses dozens of planets and asteroids in the analysis and interpretation process.

Therefore, the birth chart becomes much more complex.

It must be added that asteroids also exist in 12 Zodiac Astrology but are often not considered to have a significant influence, only added in some cases.

Conversely, in Multiverse Astrology, asteroids have an equal influence to major planets. So, Multiverse Astrology uses more planets and asteroids than 12 Zodiac Astrology.

Calculated Points

Both 12 Zodiac Astrology and Multiverse Astrology use calculated coordinate points in their analysis.

And this is a term that refers to coordinates that cannot actually be seen in the sky, but only exist in our thoughts.

But there is a very big difference here.

Specifically, 12 Zodiac Astrology is interested in coordinates like Rising sign, Midheaven, Descendant, Black Moon, …

Conversely, Multiverse Astrology does not use those coordinates, only using Midpoints created between planets.

It must be added that Midpoints also exist in 12 Zodiac Astrology but are not important factors and are often overlooked.

Also, because Rising sign is not used, the 12 House System does not exist in Multiverse Astrology.

So, 12 Zodiac Astrology and Multiverse Astrology are interested in very different calculated coordinate points.

Methodology

12 Zodiac Astrology often uses mythology to interpret the meanings of planets.

And a typical example of this is they believe that the asteroid Chiron symbolizes a wounded healer just because the character Chiron in mythology couldn’t heal his own wound.

But on the contrary, all keywords of planets and asteroids in Multiverse Astrology undergo wide-ranging empirical research to ensure objectivity.

So, in other words, Multiverse Astrology rejects using a mythology-based research approach.

Relationship Evaluation

When evaluating compatibility in relationships, 12 Zodiac Astrology uses both the Synastry chart and the Composite chart to interpret.

And specifically, the Synastry chart is created by stacking the individual birth charts of two people on top of each other and examining their interactions.

Whereas the Composite chart is created by taking the midpoint of each pair of planets in the birth charts of the two people to establish a new chart and interpreting it.

For example, the coordinates of the Sun in the Composite chart will be the average result of the Sun coordinates of the two original people.

Conversely, Multiverse Astrology does not use the Composite chart, only using the Synastry birth chart.

However, Multiverse Astrology also considers the influence of important time milestones on relationships, such as the first meeting date, wedding date, date of signing a cooperation agreement, …

So, to evaluate compatibility, 12 Zodiac Astrology uses both the Synastry chart and the Composite chart.

Conversely, Multiverse Astrology uses the Synastry chart and important time milestones to interpret relationships.

Planetary Return

12 Zodiac Astrology uses the phenomenon of planetary return in interpretation.

And specifically, planetary return is when a planet moves back to its position at the time of your birth.

The simplest example is Solar (Sun) Return.

And that’s when the Sun returns to its position exactly one year after your birth.

And that’s also your birthday every year.

But on the contrary, Multiverse Astrology does not use planetary return.

So, planetary return is important in 12 Zodiac Astrology but meaningless in Multiverse Astrology.

Progression

12 Zodiac Astrology and Multiverse Astrology use two different types of Progressed Charts to predict the future.

And both types of Astrology use a formula where 1 day corresponds to 1 year.

Specifically, to see the favorable and challenging trends in your life when you’re 10 years old, we’ll map out the stars at the time 10 days after you were born.

And the coordinates of the planets at this new time will be called Progressed Planets.

However, there is a very big difference here.

Specifically, 12 Zodiac Astrology mainly focuses on the impact of the Progressed Planets on the Natal Planets in your original birth chart.

Conversely, Multiverse Astrology mainly focuses on the mutual impact of the Progressed Planets.

So, 12 Zodiac Astrology and Multiverse Astrology use different types of Progressed Charts to predict the future.

Future Development

The 12 Zodiac Astrology system isn’t flexible enough to develop in the long run.

Specifically, in ancient times, humans only saw 7 celestial bodies in the sky, including the Moon, the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn.

And back then, ancient astrologers assigned each planet to rule over one house in the 12 House System.

Since there were 7 celestial bodies but only 5 houses, some planets had to rule over 2 houses.

However, then an important event happened. And that’s when Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto were discovered in the sky.

So, astrologers had to come together and assign these 3 new planets to rule over 3 houses, replacing the positions of planets that originally ruled over 2 houses.

Even so, with 10 planets dividing among 12 houses, there were still 2 planets that had to rule over 2 houses.

Specifically, Mercury would rule over the 3rd and 6th houses.

Similarly, Venus would rule over the 2nd and 7th houses.

However, later on, astrologers were shocked when modern astronomy discovered more and more planets and asteroids in the sky.

Up to now, approximately 620,000 celestial bodies have been discovered.

And this sparked a new debate about which celestial body truly rules over each house.

For example, astrologer Barbara Hand Clow argued that the asteroid Chiron is the true ruler of the 9th house.

But we only have 12 houses.

Therefore, whenever a new celestial body is discovered, finding a house for it to rule over means each house will have over 50,000 ruling celestial bodies.

That’s why the majority of astrologers in the Zodiac system decided to stop this changing process.

And they ignored the loopholes in the operating system above.

Some even argued that only big and large planets have strong influence to become rulers of houses.

However, in 2006, astronomers downgraded Pluto, not considering it a planet but only a Dwarf planet, partly because it’s too small compared to other planets.

Therefore, 12 Zodiac astrologers continued to argue that Astrology and Astronomy are two different disciplines, and Pluto’s size is large enough to rule over the 8th house.

However, they also never expected that there are other Dwarf planets with sizes equivalent to Pluto, such as Eris or Haumea.

But Eris or Haumea has never been considered to rule over any house in the 12 Zodiac Astrology system.

Therefore, the 12 Zodiac astrology system has major loopholes, hindering long-term development.

In contrast, the Multiverse Astrology system has a very simple, solid, and flexible theoretical basis for sustainable development over time.

Specifically, Multiverse Astrology is built on planetary combinations.

Therefore, as more planets are discovered, planetary combinations become more detailed, revealing more about humans and life.

In conclusion, the 12 Zodiac Astrology system has major loopholes in its operating system, thereby hindering future development.

On the other hand, the Multiverse Astrology system has a solid foundation and the longer it lasts, the stronger its development.

Level of Accuracy

And finally, the twelfth thing, because of the many loopholes in the theoretical basis, the accuracy of the 12 Zodiac Astrology system is not high.

And this was demonstrated in the 1985 study by Shawn Carlson published in the journal Nature titled “A double-blind test of astrology“.

Specifically, 28 famous astrologers from the United States and Europe were invited to read birth charts predicting the personalities of over 100 volunteers.

But the results showed that the 12 House System of 12 Zodiac Astrology was only accurate about 30%.

In contrast, Multiverse Astrology has superior accuracy, at least 80%.

But why only 80%?

And the reason for this is, as mentioned above, today there are approximately 620,000 celestial bodies discovered in the sky.

And there will be many more mysterious planets yet to be discovered in terms of astrological significance.

Therefore, the accuracy of Multiverse Astrology cannot reach 100% yet.

However, compared to 12 Zodiac Astrology, Multiverse Astrology has superior accuracy.

Final Judgement

In conclusion, if you are someone who enjoys myths and isn’t open to new things, then you will be suitable for 12 Zodiac Astrology.

But if you have a progressive mindset, want to study astrology scientifically and with high accuracy even when the birth time is unknown, then Multiverse Astrology is for you.
