With Offline Reading, Duy Magi will record the answers to client’s pre-sent questions and send back the digital file within 1 week.

With Offline Reading, Duy Magi will record the answers to client’s pre-sent questions and send back the digital file within 1 week.
The time needed to do analysis to reach to the final answer, though not recorded, is still counted to the total time. Therefore, the length of recorded file will be shorter than the standard time that client has paid for.
If there is some remaining time after answering all the questions, Duy Magi will save that time for client which can be used for next time.
However, if the client asks a lot of questions that can’t be covered during pre-booked time, Duy Magi will only answer as many of them as possible. If the client wants all full answers, please book more hours.
If the client has any issues needed to elaborate more with the answer, he/ she/ they can send an email and Duy Magi will gladly accept and reply to.
However, Duy Magi will refuse to dig into any questions that are beyond the content of the recording.
For example, if the client has asked about the Compatibility/ Synastry of a couple, and still feels ambiguous about some points of the digital answer, he or she can ask for further explanations. Duy Magi will be happy to answer more.
However, if the client requires to know more about his/ her/ their partner’s personality, it is unacceptable since it is a completely new question.

Personally, Duy Magi loves to talk directly with the client since the Q&A process will be faster and smoother for both parties.
Offline Reading service does require some post reading exchange with client through email, which could be time-consuming at times. As a result, Duy Magi charges higher fee for Offline Reading.
Offline Reading is only suitable when client is too busy to book an online session or when all the upcoming online sessions have already been booked.
