First, clients need to decide what date they need from below list.

Second, clients make the payment. Within 24 hour, Duy Magi will send the confirmation email with a special form for information input.

Finally, after a certain time period, Duy Magi will send you the result by email.

Although the exact amount of information depends variably on each individual project, here are some basic requirements:

First is the birth date of related people. Birthtime isn’t compulsory but is to be submitted if available.

Second is the time frame specified by client. Remember that the longer the time frame, the better chance for Duy Magi to find the perfect date.

Third is the special time that can’t be used for involved people, for example, holiday season in their place.

The amount of time required for each Date Selection Project is different from one another.

The length of time depends on the following factors and is listed in each below service.

First is the number of involved parties. The more people involved, the longer the required time.

Second is the length of the time frame. In general, the longer the time frame, the more time is needed.

However, when given a short amount of time, Duy Magi still needs more time to pick the date. It is often the situation when there aren’t any ideal dates. Therefore, Duy Magi has to pick the best available. That process can take quite some time.

Life isn’t always perfect. Therefore, this situation can sometimes happen, especially when client can only wait for a fairly short amount of time.

In this situation, Duy Magi will be honest with the client to discuss further options. If client agrees to extend the time, Duy Magi will continue the process with a new time period. If not, Duy Magi will pick the best available date for the client.

For a normal project requiring at least 10 days to finish, client can cancel and ask for refund within 3 days.

For a rush service, client only has 24 hours after payment to cancel the service and get money back.

In general, Duy Magi is flexible with that situation. But client is to send the email with details of change as soon as possible, for example, to correct the wrong previous sent information.

However, in some situation, Duy Magi holds the right to decline that suggestion, especially when it only comes at the last few days before the result sending deadline.

Duy Magi will gladly accept that requirement as long as client accepts to pay a small extra fee.

Searching for a magical date does require a fairly big amount of time to finish before sending the result. If the clients are impatient and want to get the result quickly, they have to pay an extra fee. However, if the requirement is too strict, Duy Magi can decline when his time isn’t available.
