Duy Magi tends to approach the session differently between brand new clients and returning clients.

For new clients, Duy Magi will always take some minutes to do brief natal reading about their strengths, weaknesses, needs and wants, even if clients don’t ask that question. By that way, Duy Magi can understand as well as empathize with the clients’ psyche and answer other questions with more accuracy.

For returning clients, Duy Magi will never perform that brief natal reading again unless received direct order or faced with any questions that demand to look back at birth chart again.

Clients are to send all the questions at least 18 hours before the session. Duy Magi will need some time to input the data and require some other information from clients if needed. As a result, Duy Magi has the right to refuse to answer any late questions from clients, especially if time doesn’t permit.

During the session, sometimes Duy Magi will need some time, often varying from a few seconds to about 15 minutes, to do analysis before giving a final answer. And this analyzing time will still be counted towards the length of the session.
